Terms of Use.
Simple reminders work best with clear boundaries.
These terms are a working draft. Operator details, eligibility requirements, governing law and any commercial terms must be finalised before the live service opens.
1. Current availability
NotifyWay is currently a design preview. The dashboard demonstrates reminder creation, editing, pausing and deletion using this browser’s local storage. It does not create an account, verify contact details or send email or WhatsApp messages. Demo data may be lost when browser storage is cleared.
2. Planned accounts
The live service is intended to require an email address, password and completed email verification before reminders can be created. You must use contact details you control, keep your credentials private and provide accurate information. WhatsApp reminders will require verification of your own phone number and an explicit opt-in.
3. Planned reminder limits
The initial design allows up to 10 active reminders per account. Repeating reminders require an end date. Intervals shorter than a week are intended to be limited to 3 occurrences, weekly reminders to 6 months, monthly reminders to 12 occurrences before reactivation, and annual reminders to 3 years. The precise counting rules will be finalised before launch.
WhatsApp is intended to be limited to 3 user-selected sends. Whether that allowance applies per account or per reminder is still being finalised. No WhatsApp entitlement is offered by this preview.
4. Acceptable use
Use the service for your own lawful personal reminders. Do not use it for unsolicited messaging, harassment, impersonation, unlawful content, unauthorised access or attempts to evade limits. Do not enter someone else’s email address or phone number as a notification destination.
5. Your content and control
You remain responsible for the reminder details, dates, times and timezone you choose. The planned service will process your reminder content to provide the requested functionality. You will be able to edit, pause or delete reminders and choose whether to reactivate eligible schedules.
6. Delivery expectations
The live service will depend on scheduling infrastructure, email and messaging providers, networks and recipient settings. Notifications can be delayed, filtered or fail. NotifyWay is intended for everyday reminders and should not be relied on as the sole system for emergencies, medical care, safety duties or critical deadlines.
7. Changes and suspension
Features and limits may change as the service develops. Before launch, the final terms will describe how material changes, service interruptions, account restrictions and termination are handled, including applicable notice and user rights.
8. Charges and commercial terms
No paid plan, subscription or billing is available in this preview. Any future pricing, payment conditions and cancellation or refund terms will be disclosed before a purchase is offered.
9. Legal details and contact
The operating entity, contact details, governing law and dispute process have not yet been supplied. These provisions, and any liability terms, must be completed for the operator’s jurisdiction before launch. Applicable consumer rights must be preserved.
